Phone Insurance Claim Question - Verizon?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Nexus with a cracked screen still operational but was wondering what is the equivalent to the SGN if filing a claim? Or do they still have them in stock?

I've only filed insurance claims with Asurion at corporate stores and they normally bring out a replacement or something newer if they stop stocking that phone.

Im month to month on an unlimited plan not wanting to upgrade and change my plan.

Almost in the exact same boat. Called today and they didn't have any in stock. They offered me a LG Spectrum 2 of which I respectfully declined. The next offer was a Droid Razr Maxx......

I couldn't decide if that was even worth it or to try and find a GNex for $100-$150 so I just had her note the file. Droid Razr Maxx came out shortly after the GNex, but I'm not sure how it really compares at this point. If she offered me a SIII, I would have taken it!
