Have you factory reset your phone? What phone do you have and what carrier?

For someone to hack you via Bluetooth, they'd basically have to be in the same room as you, or within 10 metres of your phone at least. Also I think you'd need to install and set something yourself, for any possible remote control of your phone via Bluetooth. As for WiFi, are you using any open unsecured public WiFi networks? Things like man-in-the-middle attacks. I always use ExpressVPN myself. And for the possibly excessive data usage, you can probably see what app or service is using that yourself. from settings > networks.

Wow that close to me for Bluetooth to be turned on, and I use to use public WiFi now I just use my service provider at&t. They turn airplane mode also, here's the thing it's multiple people, it's a long story and one has to have a open mind for me to tell it thank you so much for the response. Here's what I'm looking for is a software or app that lets me know when it happens where or how far they and there phone number I know there has to be something out there I don't think it's a parent to child app

Maybe it's time to talk to an actual person, someone versed in identity theft and online privacy/security basics. Might be worth the time and money to sit down with a consultant, one to one, to go over things in detail and to lock down your online presence in a hands-on, real-time process. A service like this might be a good place to start looking for a reputable, local organization:
