Phone is not charging

Have you tried changing the cable? They do fail eventually.
Otherwise, does it charge using a wall charger? If it doesn't charge with that either (and you've tried more than one cable) then the problem is likely to be the phone (or battery). Maybe check the charging port for dirt. If it does charge from the wall but not the power bank then the problem may be with the power bank.
