Help Phone is stuck in "Android is starting.... Optimizing app 11 of 46" HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a new phone and I was installing app. it then gets stuck in '' Android is starting.... Optimising app 11 of 46.

No button works, the battery can not be removed, because it is an in built. It's been tuning for the last 28+ hrs. but doesn't count on.

Help me please....
 
If it's a new phone, and it's crashed and got stuck like that. Might be best to return to the store and get them to replace or sort it for you. It could actually be faulty, and should be fixed under warranty.

Have you tried holding down power and volume for about 10 seconds, to try and force it off, or to reboot?
 
Probably have to wait for the battery to run flat, and hopefully then can recharge and reboot it then. Or return the thing, because if it's new, it shouldn't have crashed and frozen like that, stuck at optimizing apps. You haven't attempted to root it have you? Which usually does void warranty on Samsung devices.
