Help Phone keeps rebooting

Hi I am a long time lurker but first time poster so please be gentle with me.

I updated to 1.28 at the weekend but ever since when I try to use the internet or play a game the phone keeps on rebooting, is anybody else having this problem or do you have any suggestions to what I should do resolve the issue.

If all else fails do a factory reset, i know its a pain but mine settled down afterwards.
