phone keeps restarting.

Hello I have the samsung galaxy ace x 2 through koodo. Every time i use skype on my phone to video chat it keeps restarting itself. The sound gets choppy and the screen goes black and then it restarts itself. Need help to find out why it keeps happening.

Hello and welcome to AndroidForums.com. I would try to see if the same thing happens whether using cell data or wifi. One workaround may be to initiate Airplane Mode and then try Skype. It may be a conflict with you phone service and the Skype app both needing the same permissions at the same time.
