Help Phone Laggy!

Suddenly from past few days my phone has been lagging like hell! I run the latest official 2.3.4 DDKQ6. When im on a call and if i need to use the dial pad, its so slow and laggy that i need to wait 5-7 secs and when i press a number it takes another 3-5 secs! :O

anyone else facing the same problem? I am facing this problem only for last several days. Is there any suggestions to improve this condition?
Ram is not full and internal memory is not full either!

Mine has been doing the same lately too but only whenever it's been on idle for quite a while. If it keeps lagging, I just clear the RAM and it seems to help even though it's not fully loaded neither. Whenever the phone lags again, try to clear your RAM if possible.

Actually, I think this started as soon as I decided to deactivate my WiFi on idle, I'll try to keep you updated if that's my problem, maybe it's yours too.
