Help Phone lags to 1 fps randomly

I've had this phone for about 3 months now and it was working fine until recently. All of a sudden, it would randomly lag so hard that the framerate of the screen was about 1 fps. My phone has not updated nor have any of my apps. I use Clean Master to boost and clean my phone. Thanks in advance for the help.

Uninstall Cleanmaster and any other junk made by that company.

Then restart the phone..... a box of donuts says it will be fixed.

Used to have exactly the same issue on my Note II.... ended up with a factory reset but this time deliberately didn't install clean master. device is sooooo much better now

So doing the reset did absolutely nothing. It's actually a little worse now.

what sort of reset did you do...
and how did you bring your apps back?

So what I did was turn my phone off, hold the home, power, and volume down button. I then went the the option that wiped the data. To bring my apps back I used the backup options in the settings and when I logged into my account, it reinstalled all of my apps. I uninstalled Clean Master beforehand.
