Phone Lock Software

Does anyone know if there is an app that lets you lock your phone so you don't have any accidental kep presses when it is in your pocket.
I have previously used SlideToUnlock on my HTC TYTNII.

Android has a built in keylock option. If enabled you will see a grid of dots 3 x 3 and you will be required to draw a pattern to unlock the phone. If you choose to not use this option you will be required to press menu twice in quick succession.

I have had no issues with my phone having errant on/off states.
