I have a blu studio 5.0 hd lte. It's been alright so far but multiple problems. I went to a concert and took some videos, the audio is just weird noises but no music can be heard, it's almost silent. Some details about the camera settings: Video encoder is "H264", audio encoder is "AAC" and video duration is 10 minutes. second menu always shuts down when I try to open so I don't even bother anymore. Also its at 1080p, checked other modes and it still does the same.
The menu options shutting down at the 2nd or 3rd has always happened for some reason so I've had to use other camera apps so I could get flash when I need to. I just can't believe I took these videos for no reason basically. I only got 2 in the beginning and the sound was really loud, is it even possible that a concert can break your phones sound?
Also when I call sometimes I can be heard and sometimes I can't, it's really random.
Is there anyway to fix the microphone/camera so it won't happen again? I checked it and I don't see any dust. Is it even possible to get any of that audio with the video or is it just gone forever?
