Help phone low space' after i expanded the memory!

i just Expanded my memory card to 4 gb
before i had 2 now! there is a problem although i have my 4gb my phone saying i have not enough space! "phone low storage space" i cant download apps cuz of that! idk what to do it dosent make no seance! and it i literally reject phone msg! to what to do!!
my phone is huawei m380 something like that!
 
I have this same problem and even when I do move the apps to the SD card it continues to give me "Low Space" and "incoming text message rejected". Have you downloaded any metro pcs apps by accident? I find that their apps take up entirely too much room. Also simply going through and getting rid of them and getting them on the Play Store has helped my phone :) Hope I helped :)
