I have an AT&T android (model:U8665). when I plug my charger in the light just blinks red. I cant even turn it on because it doesn't have any power. what can I do?

It depends on why it won't charge. Try just leaving it on charge for a while, since if a battery gets really low it may report an error at first.
Otherwise, if it's a faulty battery then replacing the battery will fix it. But it might also be a more serious problem which will need a hardware repair.
