Phone not connecting to office wifi

My phone is not able to connect to my office wifi. All my colleague's phone are able to. I have tried restarting the device several time.

Are you putting in the correct password for WiFi?
Is there a network administrator or IT personnel that can help you?

Do you need to get it authorized by the network administrator, like registering the MAC address? It could also be that the router just needs rebooting.

It is office wifi network so I cannot make any configuration changes. Moreover, my phone is not detecting the wifi, so no question of wrong password. Please help on this.
