At home I get great 4g service, it probably helps that there is a cell tower practically in my backyard. When i go to work I only get 3g, no big deal as it has always been this way even before the update. My problem is that when I return home from work you would figure the phone would reestablish 4g service but it doesn't, I will continue to receive 1 bar of 3g service until I reboot the phone at which point it suddenly has 4 full bars of 4g again. My Esteem never had this problem before the update, i even called metro and had them reactivate my account but it didn't help. Anyone else having this problem?

Yup, I'm pretty sure it is a bullshit configuration somewhere in the zve baseband they sent out that has some bad codes.... You can clearly pin down where the issue is, its right there under "about phone", "status", check Mobile Network type. It for some reason does not return to LTE after dropping down to CDMA - EvDo rev. A. And you could go on the hidden menu and auto switch back to LTE only, but its useless as it restarts the phone and "I have not tried it", but I think you would lose even call services where you don't get LTE access, which is a no no. Just wish someone that is accredited with certifications on this issue would take a day or two to fix this ongoing problem we have for months and months now.
