Phone not rooted properly

I tried rooting my phone twice but failed. Now while opening some applications I m getting this message "your phone is rooted. Please unroot your phone to enjoy our services"
I checked through root checker application and it showed that my phone is not rooted. What kind of problem is this..?
Please help me to solve this problem.
My phone is Micromax E313 express 2.

How did you try to root it, and did you get any message when it failed that might explain why?

The obvious guess is that you did manage to change something that those apps' root detection is looking for, but not enough to actually root the device.

The obvious solution would be to reflash the device with a stock ROM (the one reliable way of unrooting). However, I don't know anything about Micromax devices so can't tell you how to do that for your phone.

Did you try to root it with SuperSU, Kingroot, or Towelroot? I've never seen that error before.
