Help Phone not turning on

My Motorola Droid X2 will not turn on, the battery is fully charged, but it won't turn on. It brings up the screen that says Dual Core Technology, and will not go any further. I tried replacing the battery and it did nothing for me. This problem started last night. Anything I could try aside from replacing it?
 
Lots, but not much that wouldn't void the warranty. If it's under warranty, let Motorola worry about why it's not working. That's what warranties are for.
