So my sprint HTC one is acting up about to times already over the past three months I'm just scrolling through facebook when all of the sudden it rotates horizontally and I can't move it back to the position I wantiI go to messages the samething with every application then when all of the sudden it shows me the sprint animation that it's loading and it stays at the HTC quietly btiliant with the beats logo and it stays there for about a minute then says HTC services aren't working properly would toy like to send a report then I say yes and send it then it boots up again and the same thing happens again until I press the power button and my screen turns off but the keys still light up and when I hold it they flicker then it stops then it boots up then it works . I get so snoyef can u explain what's going on and also I get unesesary lag like I have full 4g bars and it takes a minute to load up something that needs internet or it ends up not working please help
