So, I got a new GS9, yay. now that I have a new primary phone and a backup, I would like to try my hand at repairing my S7, as I don't have anything to lose should I brick it. currently with a bad battery and broken back cover. I'd like to replace the front cover too, simply because I wanted a black phone, but at the time I got it all they had was blue.
So, the question is does anyone have any trusted vendors they would recommend for parts? Basically all I am wanting to replace is the front and back covers and battery. digitalsupplyusa seems to have good prices but no ratings to see if the products are any good. I've looked at amazon and the ratings seem littered with people upset that they broke their phones because they didn't take the proper steps or used the wrong tools.
