Phone photos wont go thru email as attachments - phone or carrier?

I cant get any photos I took with my Droid X to go thru email. It used to work although it would take forever to actually arrive. Now if I take a phot and attach it to an email and snd it it seems to eventually go out of the sent box but never arrives at corporate email. Last month it was buggier than heck but eventually it would come thru. Now nothing. Cache memoryt issue on device somewhere? Our corproate exchange is pretty simplistic and thye claim it would not block such incoming emails. Has to be phone or verizon issue.
