Phone problem

I have a ztemax pro and I can't hear anyone on the other end and I rebooted my phone and reset it and it still didn't do anything please help me

Oops I meant my microphone is not working

That sounds like a fault. Repair required. Is the phone under warranty?

Not sure but is there a way I can fix it myself

Your microphone does not work, it is best to bring it to a service center

Just curious, but have you previously hooked it up to a bluetooth headset or anything else bluetooth? If so and you try to use it without turning off the bluetooth you won't hear anything and whoever is on the other end might hear you if you are within shouting distance of the bluetooth device. Happens to me all the time
