my phone crashed while downloading a game called Pacman Dash after when it said installing it crashed and now all it does is turns on and stays on the bit where it says Samsung where the letters fade then come back then instead of going to the front home screen it stays on the Samsung start up please can you give me some reasons why it might have done this please?
