Help Phone Question

Not sure if this is a phone or OS issue. With 4.2.1 on my Droid Razr Maxx, I could configure the phone to announce the incoming caller's name prior to ringing. On my Turbo running 4.4.4, I can't find that option. Upon an incoming call, it does not announce the name. It just rings, vibrates, etc.

Anyone know how to enable this on the Turbo?

Don't see that option so will likely need to find a app that has it.

That sucks. It was such a nice feature that I used.
