Phone resetting.

Hi all, I have a problem with the phone resetting the day and date to 1st Jan 2005 every time I change the battery, I always have a fully charged battery and just swap it over but having to reset the date and time every time is a pain, can anyone shed any light on why this is happening, it never used to. Thanks, Phil
