phone restarting automatically

Anyone else having this issue?
It seems to happen mostly when using the web

I will be typing or even browsing and all of a sudden the screen goes black and there is the lil android dude. I love this phone so I'm not bitching, its just a tad bit annoying.

Let me know if u have this problem

Mine has never done it and neither has my friends. Sound as if something isn't quite right with your G1.

i also had this problem with my g1 but it mostly happened when i was texting. i called t-mo and it turned out to be something wrong with the battery, so they sent me a new battery and i havent had the problem since then

did they at least give u a new longer lasting battery?

no i dont see much of a difference in the battery life
