Phone restarts itself regularly since Feb 5 Update

Since I installed the Android OS update from 5th Feb, the phone has periodically restarted. I haven't spotted any pattern, sometimes it happens whilst I am using it (with a variety of apps), sometimes it restarts whilst I am not even using the phone. It was fine before I installed that update.
Any ideas how to diagnose this issue? Is it possible to rollback the update?

Rebooting into Safe Mode would be a great first troubleshooting step. If the reboots stop while running Safe Mode, it's probably a problem with one (or more) of your apps.

I've had no such issues with mine, so it's not a universal problem that's been introduced with the update.

Rolling back? If you download and flash an older factory image that would do it (some manufacturers block installation of an older image, but I believe the Pixel allows you to do this). However, doing this requires unlocking the bootloader, which will wipe the phone. So if you did consider doing this, I'd suggest seeing whether a factory reset would fix it by itself - if it does there's no need to roll back, and rolling back would mean doing a reset anyway so there's not much to lose. But I'd certainly try safe mode first - if it is an app and you can (somehow) identify which one that would be less work than setting up again after a reset.
