Help Phone shuts off and on

I've been having problems with my phone for the past two weeks . it started once I started using the WiFi in a hotel .. I have an anti virus app that came on my phone when I bought it so I don't understand how it could be a virus.. At times my phone just shuts of and on one time it did it for like 15 min continuously. Also I can't use my apps .. Even tho I click them they don't open ... I usually have to restart my phone to get it to work (really annoying ) .. I've update eveuthing and still can't find out the problem thinking of just calling the manufacture my phones still on warenty

which variant do you have? and what system update level are you on? and did you try to Factory Reset the phone?
