Root Phone stops at turning on

So I rooted my phone (lg optimus me p350) and I wanted to remove some apps and move some to sd card. I found some app to move all apps to sd card, and thought why don't I move every single app that I have on phone to sd card, that way I'll save many space on internal memory. I did that and at ending of moving apps it started to give me force close. I press force close and it comes again, it just wouldn't stop so I turned the phone off. After that comes the problem. When I press power button it turns on but it stops at android loading screen. It just freezes there and nothing happens. So my question is how do I make factory reset or install new software on phone without turning the phone on. I can only do it over pc but pc suite tells me that phone needs to be turned on to connect. Anything I can do to make my phone work again ?

Never mind, I solved problem by installing software somehow over pc suite
