Phone Stuck on Upgrade Failure Screen

SCH-I545 Verizon Galaxy S4

I am stuck in a terrible boot loop at the screen that says "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again." I encountered this after trying to set up SafeStrap.
