If it is switching on when plugging in the charger or USB then that is normal for certain devices.
If not....
Try pulling the battery and leaving it out for several minutes. Replace and reboot. If this does not solve your issues you may want to try a factory reset via the stock recovery if the device isn't rooted.
Your phone may also be experiencing hardware failure. Hopefully it is still under warranty. Try contacting the manufacturer.
If the device is rooted then you have quite a few options. Try re-installing the ROM or even flashing a different one.
