phone to phone transfer

Hi I transferred the contents of a galaxy J7V Verizon server USA too a P20 Pro via a transfer App. all contacts , pictures , and Apps went through wifi works but no calls or text not sure why phones not working so any help on where or what to try much appreciated thanks

I've never used Huawei's transfer app so can't comment on its behaviour, but rather than waste time on it I'd just use something like SMS Backup and Restore to back up messages and call logs on the old phone then restore them on the new one. It will be less effort than trying to figure out why the transfer app didn't do it.

just use clone it apk or so to clone your phone or use titanuim backup to backup and send to your phones
