Help phone vibration strength weakening

Over the last couple of days, the strength of the vibration on my phone has went really poor, used to be no issues with that for 2 months and now its very very poor.

Anyone got any ideas on what problem maybe or how to fix ?

Ya, mine comes and goes at different times of the day.

mine is been crappy since day 1 it is the 1 thing I hate about razr although I have gotten use to it...the ones I tried in the stores where really weak also.
