Yesterday while driving using Google Maps with turn-by-turn directions, more than half of the directions dropped the volume so low I could hardly hear it.
When I arrived at my destination I restarted the phone, but it didn't fix the problem (on the way home I had the same problem). I'm new to Android so I don't know what else to try.
I'm using the Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016 Verizon).
