Phone went Wappy

All of a sudden it went all wordw trying to press bottoms I wasn't pressing and opening and closing things like it has a virus but couldn't find anything
Then eventually managed to switch it off and factory reset
Then it froze when was redownloading apps again
Reset it again and sends fine. Any idea what caused it to go crazy?

My wife has an S7 Edge and last year her battery swelled up enough to push the back cover off the phone. If you've got internal pressure on the screen from a swollen battery, it could certainly behave that way.

The onlu thing as i know that can cause that if you install something like an apk file but it turns out its a virus but if you didint install anything i dont know what can cause that problem, because i havent encounter this kind of issue before.
