Phone wet no wifi connection

I got my phone wet at the pool, and I dried it in rice and everything is working except it wont connect to ANY wifi, the wifi wont even turn on..how do I fix this?

Honestly, it is possible that you shorted out the wifi radio portion of your phone. I did something similar with my Galaxy Nexus to the LTE radio.

The only resolution, besides putting it in some more dry rice for another couple of days, is to get a replacement phone.
