Ive always been just a bit obsessed with slow motion, I am switching phones this week and was considering either the htc one or the galaxy s4, leaning slightly more towards the htc one, however I learned both have slow motion, and as I love slow motion video, which one takes the slowest/highest quality video will be the one I probably will get, which of the two phones have the best slow mo?

I have a feeling the S4 is the winner here but I am not sure, I believe the s4 supports 1/2 speed. 1/4th speed. and 1/8th speed, but I do not know what speed the htc one is capable of.
