phone wont charge

I tried to plug my charger into the computer and it didnt work so i unplugged it, but when i tried to plug it into the wall, which works all the time it didnt charge either. and it smelled like burnng plastic. It the charge on my phone broken? how do i fix it?

I strongly advice you to replace the charger. Please note the manufacturer's requirements for the charger. It might be best to replace it by an original charger which comes which your device.
