Hello, I'm new and made an account just for this question so hopefully someone can help me out, ha.
I've had A LOT of problems with my Huweii Acsend 2 and they've always been resolved, this time not so much. I'm not sure if it's just the piece of the phone where the charger plugs in or what is wrong but it won't charge or turn on! It won't even go to the white Huaweii screen like usual, it's just .. dead? I'm lost and don't know what to do, I'm not sure if I have to just get a whole other phone or can I SOMEHOW get this piece of junk to work.
Also, I went to the Cricket store sometimes last week and bought a new battery and it worked, so I know it isn't the battery. It has something to do with the phone. What? I have no idea whatsoever.
If anyone could please help me out, it'd be greatly appreciated.
