Help phone wont cut on or charge light come on

[Android Question]

I charged my phone on my laptop left it overnight.now it will not light up at all or even show a charging light. I have a new wall charger and have plugged it into 2 diff, vehicles and still will not charge . however when I put the battreie back ion it vibrates 7 times .it has had a small problem making a good contact trying to hook up charger .any suggestions or can you help me ??

I have a Chinese phone that will do the same to me if I overcharge the battery too much. What I have to do is leave it for a few hours then charge it again by USB not the wall charger and it will charge again. I think the explanation I found was that for some reason it discharges completely and looks as if the phone is "dead." Try it this way, hope it helps!
