Root Phone won't make calls or texts

My phone won't make calls or texts out. It connects to 3G/4G fine. It connects to WiFi just fine. But it won't connect to a phone network to make a call What's going on? Please help

I would suggest getting in contact with your provider and talking to them about it. Could be an activation error or something to do with the Cell Towers in your area.

If anything they might just suggest to get another device.
