Phone won't power up...

When I push the power button the Android splash screen comes up. It blinks and they goes away and then comes back up again. I have tried powering it off and using the power button and the down volume button to get to the bootloader. I have restarted the bootloader and tried to boot it up in Recovery mode. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Does it do this over and over? It might be that your system partition is damaged.

Yes, over and over. If it is the system partition, it's still under warranty thankfully.

Try pressing and holding the power button until the phone reboots. It might not be completely shutting down.

Please elaborate further if the device has been rooted or not.

What was the solution for this problem?

I would assume that you took it back to where you bought it to have it corrected.

Boot loop. Use
Adb. Command line ; adb restart bootloader

Phone will start. Had same issue when trying to find the perfect ROM
