Phone won't turn on after restart?

Around half an hour ago, I recieved a message on the notifications bar saying "SD Card being removed please wait..." and when I tapped on it nothing happend. I thought it was a bug of some sort so I decided to restart my phone. Very bad move. Basically, the phone shut down but won't restart... I tried to hold the power button, click it whatever I did nothing happend. Plugged the phone into the computer, nothing. Removed SD Card manually, nothing. Plugged into the wall charger for around 5 minutes and still nothing. IT WON'T TURN ON! Please help me, I did not backup anything! Thanks for anyone who helps!

Device: HTC One M9+
Android Version: 6.0

EDIT: I got the phone to work finally, but it is very hot and the SD Card seems to be working but it's loading all the files. The battery gone down to 40% from 90% which is very weird....

Yeh, do a backup ASAP before it possibly fails completely. Sounds like something serious has gone wrong with the phone. I think either HTC service is required or could be time for a new phone.
