Phone wont turn on after soft reset.

Help guys. I just got this phone 2 months ago. It started off with a screen problem. It kept turning off about a second after unlocking it. I did a soft reset, and to my suprise, it didnt turn on, even though the battery was at 50% :afraid:. I really need some answers. FYI, I have avast AV on my device. Please help
 
What device did you have so I can move this there for others to benefit from.
