I have no signal on my phone can I use a app to get signal? if I can what would that be please help asap thank you

Did you previously have a signal and now don't? If so contact you service provider and see if antenna work is being done in your area.

Have you made changes to your phone? Installing a new ROM often times requires upgrading your modem (software).

Does your phone have a known issue? You did not list your make/model so I cannot check.

Are you in a building or around unforgiving topography? Many things can block cell signals.
