I want to transfer pictures from my sony ericsson xperia phone to pc?
 
Easiest way is to connect the phone to the PC with a USB cable. One connection option will probably allow you to sync pictures easily, alternatively you can just drag and drop them to the PC.

Alternatively, you could get an app like AndroidSync that will allow you to do that sort of thing over WiFi.
