When I call someone I cannot hear the ringing or them answering the phone. But when I push the speaker phone I can hear...what can cause that to happen?

Hello and welcome to AndroidForums.com. This is usually caused by the in-call volume being turned down. You can hold the volume up key during your next phone call. You will see a volume slider appear on the screen as you adjust the in-call volume. FYI, this is a separate volume that is independent of your ring, system, and media volume settings.
