phones not working

i brought a samsung s3 mini in feb and about 2 months ago it stopped working recieving and making calls and messaging i send it away to get repaired they said it was the antena which got fixed and it still dosent work it has a circle in right hand corner with a line through it !

It sounds like the fix was not done properly. You'll need to send it back in most likely.
