Photo annotater

I'm looking for an app to use with my EVO 4G that will allow me to do simple annotating on photos I take; mainly add circles and arrows and a brief note, things like that. Possibly I'm not using the right search term, but the market doesn't seem to have what I'm looking for. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I use DioMemo for that
You can use your picture as back ground and text or drawing freehand on it.
Saves it als .jpg file.

An other option would be converting the picture in PDF (e.g. ImagesToPDF).
Then you can use the annotations features of PDF readers like RepliGo Reader or ezPDF Reader.

... or maybe a picture editor like PicSay (Pro) will do it good enought

FWIW, looks like Skitch (with Evernote) will dowhat I need.
