Photo Editing

My wife wants to be able to do scrapbook like pohot editing. We're getting a Xoom, but have android phones as well. Any good suggestions for photo editing apps that let you manipulate multiple pics and add effects?

Photoshop. It's in the Android Market as a free download for your phone

But it sucks bigtime to edit photos on a phone's teeny weeny screen. Better do it on a tablet. Or better still: on a big desktop monitor screen. Screen real estate is everything when editing images.

I would choose PicSay Pro any day over Photoshop Express. Definately worth four bucks too. (The free version is quite limited.)
