Help Photo Folders for Droid Razr

I have a Motorola Droid Razr phone and I am trying to find out how to create new folders in the My Gallery - My Library section. All of the photos I take with the camera go into a folder called "Camera." I want to sort them out into different folders for organization purposes. Nothing seems to allow the creation of new folders. ???

Use a file manager. I use Astro. In there, open the DCIM folder. Use the "+" sign on Astro's top bar to add folders. Move pics from main folder to newly created ones...Or, use an App called "Quick Pic". This App makes it simple to add and edit folders...
