Photo gallery widget option disappears with no explanation.

On one of my home pages, I have a total of 5 apps shortcuts bordering the page and nothing else yet when I go to the widget screen in an effort to place a widget on the screen, Photo Gallery isn't an option. I have 2 different photo widgets on 2 different pages, I am familiar with the process.

I've powered the phone off and on a few times and it doesn't change anything.

Does anyone have a clue?
